The following paragraphs outline our Terms of Sale/Conditions.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, 2Checkout.com & Amazon Payments. 

Your order will be sent after payment has cleared.

Shipping:
We currently offer UPS Shipping Methods.
UPS Ground, UPS 3^rd Day, UPS 2^nd Day, UPS Overnight & USPS International.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s) unless the product ordered is on backorder.

Back Orders:
Back order items will be automatically shipped when available.

(Normally 3 – 6 business days)

Return Policy:
Inspect goods upon receipt. We guarantee our products to be without defects or material damages. Damaged products will be taken back with prior approval only. To avoid any damages to your product(s) please do not wear lotions, perfumes or oils of any kind in which will cause stains to the breast form(s) &/or garment(s).

Breast Forms / Other Product Returns:

MastectomyBreastForms.com^® ensures all products to arrive without damages or defects. We do not offer Refunds, only exchanges. If you did purchase a breast form or various/other product from us and would like to exchange it, please call 888-420-5274 and a customer service represntative will assist you in obtaining your RA #.

 Not doing so and shipping the product back will result in a refusal by MastectomyBreastForms.com^®.  Please ensure the packaging, materials, etc., to be in original condition, otherwise, we will have to charge an additional fee of up to 15% of the purchase price of your original order.

Unfortunately, if you do not report any problems within 7 days from receiving the shipment, for sanitary purposes, we can no longer accept your exchange.

Garment/Bras Returns:

We do not offer refunds on any garment/bra items, only exchanges. The only time a damaged garment(s) will be returned is if the defect or damage was caused by MastectomyBreastForms.com^® or its employees. Please, report damages or defects within 7 days of receiving your product(s). Please remember to get a return ticket issued to you by a MastectomyBreastForms.com^® representative. If your garment was approved for return please label it on the return package, without your return ticket the product will be refused by MastectomyBreastForms.com^®.
